1. What was it like using your hand as subject matter for a drawing?
-It was not different. I actually had to draw a couple of still-life objects before and this was a kind of the same concept.
2. What media did you select - pencil or charcoal? Why?
-The media I used was pencil because I figured it would be easier and less messy. I never had to draw with charcoal before, but one day I will just to experience it.
3. How did it feel to create a drawing with your non-dominant hand?
-Drawing with my non-dominant hand was very awkward. I could barley do it. The image barely looks like a hand, it was an interesting experience though.
4. Compare and contrast your final drawings. Do you think they are successful studies?
-They are successful to me because I'm not good at drawing and for my first time drawing my own hands they turned out decent. It's different when you have to draw something that is actually attached to your own body.
5. Would you consider using your non-dominant hand to create artwork in the future?
-I would try it again with a different easier object just to see how it would look.
